Is rethink right for you?

If this feels familiar…

  • Little things suddenly escalate into big reactions

  • You're repeating the same things, over and over

  • You make threats you don't actually want to follow through on

  • Feeling overwhelmed and unsure

It's time to rethink what's possible.

What if it were different?

  • Understand why your child is reacting the way they are

  • Communicate without constant power struggles

  • Respond calmly during meltdowns

  • Experience more connection, more calm, and less tension at home

This is what we work toward, together!

Parenting advice is everywhere, actually using it is the hard part.

Rethink what support looks like.

Parenting can be rewarding, exhausting, joyful, and overwhelming - sometimes all in the same day. With so much advice available, it can be difficult to know where to turn.

At Rethink, we help parents better understand what's happening, why it's happening, and what to do next. Led by Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs) with over a decade each of experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood, our approach is compassionate, neuro-affirming, and grounded in the science of behaviour and learning.

  • Flexible support
  • Personalized strategies
  • Evidence-based methods
Eligible for Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding and may be covered by extended health insurance plans.

You may be wondering...

What do you help with?

Every family faces challenges from time to time, and no concern is too big or too small. From big emotions, anxiety, and sleep struggles to sibling conflict, school concerns and building independence, we provide practical guidance. If something at home feels harder than it needs to be, we're here to help.

Who is Rethink for?

We support caregivers looking for practical, personalized guidance for toddlers, children, teens, and young adults. No diagnosis or referral is required.

What makes your approach different?

We combine evidence-based strategies with compassionate, real-life support tailored to your child, family, and goals. Grounded in the science of behaviour and learning (Applied Behaviour Analysis, or ABA), we help families build skills and create meaningful change.

Do you support neurodivergent children?

Of course. Our approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and individualized to each child and family.

How long does parent coaching last?

Some families need short-term support, while others prefer ongoing guidance. We tailor support to your family's needs.

How do families typically pay for services?

Families access support in different ways, including private pay, Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding where applicable, and extended health benefits or insurance coverage depending on provider plans. We will review your options with you during your complimentary consultation so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
